Default KartRider Japan Closed?

It's website (http://kartrider.nexon.co.jp/) goes to an error page and Nexon Japan's home page has no sign of it. Yeah.

Then I don't know what the problem is. It's not the first time neckson made uber-localized clients which didn't succeed. Maybe they're thinking too small.

Probably they still see their biggest market in asia, and their players there wouldn't like to see their rank reset in a Global server, and will just stuck to their own localized versions.

No, a version of Global like the MapleStory kind. In that model, there is still the localized Asia countries but USA is for any country without their own localized one.
