Default The max speed when driving straight in the current main four speed classes

Since this game features a speedometer and since I had a few Solid karts that have significant stats (ranging from minimum maximum speed possible to typical maximum speed of current series 9 karts), I think it might have been fun to report the maximum speed when drivign straight of those karts in the currrent main four speed classes (Normal, Fast, Very Fast, Fastest), as well as compare them with the maximum speed of the Practice Kart Pro.

THE METHOD

Simply put, a non-ranked time attack on WKC Singapore Circuit was started, and the whole straight section where the start/finish line is found was used to reach maximum speed when driving straight (i.e. when only pressing the accelerate button and no other buttons).

THE KARTS

I used the follwoing karts for the test:

Practice Kart Pro
Solid C1
Solid G3
Solid R4
Solid HT
Solid 9

All the karts were at level 0, without any upgrade part equipped.

THE RESULTS

Without further ado, here are the results:

SOLID C1

Normal: 166 km/h
Fast: 178 km/h
Very Fast: 193 km/h
Fastest: 211 km/h

SOLID G3

Normal: 171 km/h
Fast: 184 km/h
Very Fast: 199 km/h
Fastest: 217 km/h

SOLID R4

Normal: 174 km/h
Fast: 186 km/h
Very Fast: 201 km/h
Fastest: 219 km/h

PRACTICE KART PRO

Normal: 177 km/h
Fast: 189 km/h
Very Fast: 203 km/h
Fastest: 222 km/h

SOLID HT

Normal: 182 km/h
Fast: 194 km/h
Very Fast: 209 km/h
Fastest: 227 km/h

SOLID 9

Normal: 183 km/h
Fast: 195 km/h
Very Fast: 209 km/h
Fastest: 228 km/h

Surprisingly, the Practice Kart Pro was faster than the Solid R4, in Normal speed it was almost as fast as the Solid C1 in Fast speed!
The maximum speed range of the karts is quite considerable, with the Solid 9 that almost always reaches and sometimes even surpass the maximum speed of the solid C1 in the next speed class!
And, curiously, the speed difference is not affected by the speed class: as an example, the Solid 9 is always 17 km/h ahead of the Solid C1 (except for the case of the Very Fast speed, which is likely due to rounding). This means that the speed difference is more relevant at the lower speed classes.

THE SPEED CLASSES USED BY THE MODES

This section is not complete, but as a quick reference, here are the speed classes of the various modes I discovered so far:

Item Slow: Normal
Item Fast: Fastest
Speed Slow: Fast
Speed Fast: Very Fast
Infinite Boost: Custom speed (which has a speed like that of Fast speed)
Battle Easy: Fast
Battle Normal: Very Fast
Battle Hard: Fastest
Challenges: Fast
Scenarios
:Variable
