Thanks for this guide! It's really helpful!

Two quick updates:

as far as I know, the Thundercloud is also available in Item Individuals (not teams), at least Fast Items. It hits all the drivers in front of the player.

Also...

Electromagnetic Rocket

It's aimed manually just like other rockets, but if the victim is not shielded by a balloon, it first make them shine, then sends them in the air with an electromagnetic blast for a few seconds like the Water Bomb. The blast slows down for a few seconds everyone who is nearby and is not under the effect of the Shield, Angel Wings or Rocket Resistance. The aiming is team-safe, while the slowing down of the blast is not team-safe nor player-safe, actually! If the rocket is succesfully activated, the player who launched is warned of the activation through a special sound effect.
