So You cant play the Japanese Version unless you live in japan?

I read about the japanese version today too, and i tryied to register of course.
With the help of the google translator and a site, where i changed my name into katakana und kanji, i did it.
Then i got the link for eing my registering, downloaded and installed it.
But now, when i start it, it's like: Idle OK, Mount OK, connect GameServer.... and then nohting happens, till a fail message appears. I have a guess what coud be the problem, but i'm not sure: On the Japanese site of kartrider is a little windows in which stands 10:30 - 13:00 , is this maybe the only time, when i can connect to the server and can play? Sorry for my bad english, but i hope, you can understand my problem.

Why do you guys registered to like EVERY KART RIDER they open up. It will be the same Shit as the Korean and the Chinese. You will be harassed. You will be pissed at the language. You will need to start from the beginning..all over again. It's just a waste of time. I stay with Korean and Chinese. I'm far too advance to deal with all that shit all over again.

I need to bring two things up about the "characters" section on the JP site. Most of it could be considered unnecessary, but if you want anything to read, I'll go right ahead.

*The first two and last two I do not remember seeing else ware in KartRider/PopKart (the one before the Lucky Cat resembles ChenChen).
*Some characters listed do not show their default colors, possibly reflecting how you can colorize characters in game. Mos is orange, Brill is teal, and Brodi is red.
