That would be true if kartrider was the only innova's product. But it's not. Furthermore, it's so far from being the main product. It was included in the game list just for fun and was positioned as the game you play to take a rest from other grinding-type games (Lineage, Aion, etc). I'm sure cash flow from Russian kartrider players way less than 1% of those from lineage.
Innova has enough money from other incomes to cover kartrider's license cost, maintaining and stuff. Innova doesn't even care about marketing this game. It's like accessory to some big stuff)

You wouldn't know how much they make anyway tbh. I think they're pumping out some fresh updates just to get some player base going. Furthermore, why would any company pay licensing fees that could be up to 6 digits for a game with no players on it, even if it's just for the fun of it...

I think the older Nexon games mechanics are just not interesting enough to grab gamers attention, i mean with all sorts of new MMO at hand, they'd rather play a game that is more time-well-spend.
