I'm not sure what your talking about but:

Right click the picture > Properties > There should be a url there...

if your gonna post it somewhere, use link

You can click 'insert image' in the post reply page. It should be above the space where you type your reply. It's seen as a mountain with a yellow background.

Or are you talking about a KR ss?

You can press F4, go to KR folder, screenshots, find the picture, go imageshack (or other hostin web), host the pic and use the direct link. That's what I do.
