I was wondering a few things:

- What other versions are there? I heard about the Korean versions, the Chinese version and Popkart... Is Popkart the Japanese version?

- Do you have more different kinds of characters and colours (red, plx) to start with in the beginning in other versions? I hated it how everybody looked exactly the same like me. =D

- In Beta, you start out with the Training Kart and you could get a Cotton by doing quests, right? Is this still the same for other versions?

- Did Nexon say something about European IPs? Will they be blocked again?

idk abot the 3 first points, but the 4th i dont think they will block european ips, its the international version for the game i dont think they will do like ms.

They did it in the Closed Beta after a few weeks.

Popkart is the chinese version. Usually you don't get kart's from quests, you have to buy them.
