alright, i was racing 4 on 4 speed on freeway and everyone was drifting a ton but were still getting around 2:30. i decided to go through the whole track without drifting at all and i finished 1st (barely) with 2:29. at the end of the race someone said something about pull or pulled. it was directed to me but i dont know what it means.
sorry if its a noob question. any help?

If you're not in first place, you're being 'pulled." You go faster in the back than you do in the front. People use this in strategy. You can skip an n2o when the person in front of you uses one, and then use it later. Or you can get an extra n2o. It's extremely easy to catch up like this if you're not much worse or as good as the person in front of you.

oh ok, i undestand.
but its strange why someone said that to me. i was in the front nearly the entire time give or take a couple seconds when someone boosts past me.
if anything, i was pulling everyone else

It's a way to catch up. Yes, use it to your advantage.

It takes into account the distance you are away from the lead, not the number of people ahead.
