For Taiwan KartRider, how do you get Gash (kind of like NX) to spend in the ingame shop?

I dont think there are any websites selling any cards right now for Taiwan like CN-USA.COM does. thats why I dont download any other kartrider that is not popkart or KKR. Im a big money spender cause I want the best. If I cant get it I wont bother with it.
