I don't understand the point of those three R-racer guys. I'm quite positive you can't play as them and there isn't a scenario mode chapter about Moonhill at all.

MoonHill City is a good track!
Why does some people hate it?
My guess is because its something new to them so they can't really control it well.
This is where practice comes in handy!!
