No popkart is the chinese kartrider but you can find it on cn-usa to.

i know its not that important but how do i do all the different emotins for popkart i can only cry capital T's or a few 5's is there a full list on the rest

I thought it was 1-9? Maybe Im wrong. IDKo_O
