DRIFTING~~

ok so i've seen alot of videos on youtube and noticed that the pro players DRIFT at like EVERY turn, so i go and try that and notice that i lose ALOT of speed and it doesnt really help much so im wondering..whats the deal?

On some tracks its not worth it to drift until you master the tracks and the drifts required to get a better time.

They drift at every turn because they are experienced and can drift effectively.

u stink. they rock... its the way life is. :? naaaah just kiddin lol they have lots of drifts like cut double link all these 2 get them nitros faster. then 1nce u get the nitros. u can get faster nitro by nitro drifting... witch means... wait... im lost :shock:

They drift because they can do so effectively. The speed they loose from drifting is more than compensated by the boosts the recieve from it.
