I think if you have a credit/debt card with money on it you can just use google checkout and not even mess with paypall on CN-USA.

they just active the card and you good to go. Dont need to fill anything. but you have to put your name and address in the card, the website on the card

you add the card to your paypal account just like a real credit card

no need for paypal for cn-usa, google checkout is enough ... also i would suggest getting 50$ prepaid card as the activation fee on them is pretty much the save, you may save money in the long run

yeah google checkout is better. Save 1 :D every dollar save a cent. I bought a $25 free is like $3
$50 fee is like $4
So is btter to go with $50
