Disabling Reply Emails

I`m just wondering where I can disable it. It sort of gets annoying so I want to turn it off

Like what do you mean? When you reply to a thread, you get a notification or something? Or Private Messages?

I think its a notification email to my email

Besides, you shouldn't be getting emails unless you ticked yes for PMs and/or thread notifications.
