How to join a guild

i made a guild and someone, like my brother, wanted to join. when he joins, the name of the guild, as in lXDl does not appear beheath his ignition. why.

when i go on his acount on the guild place and search for a guild. there i find my guild's name on the top box.

how do i approve of someone joining my guild so that he has actually joined it. two people have just joined.
