Closing threads.

I think that people should be able to close their own threads. Like if this (http://kartextreme.net/forum/showthread.php?t=2105) happened again, the person that posted the thread could close it so they would stop.

Ok. I added the option for topic creators to close their threads in Drift Theatre and Popkart & KKR sections. Those were the only places I saw viable to do that for the moment.

I am still here every 4 hours but I'm mostly working on back end work etc etc. Shoot me a PM. The other mods have ditched including Raj and Congee, but I am still here and might in the next 2 weeks elect new mods.
