I added a few people on this forum about a few days ago and next to their name it says (waiting) does that mean they haven't accepted? or i haven't been on at the same time they have?

I got that a lot too, in fact, even your name in my bl says (Waiting). Nexon screwed up their buddy system. D:<

The buddy list system is flawed, even on PK and KKR.

On popkart, the buddy list is down like once a week. It's extremely annoying. On popkart, some people also have a glitch where they can't add anyone at all. AppleJuice had that all during summer, and only got it fixed like last month.

Haven't seen any glitches on KKR though, other than that one (the one you're talking about).

If you get that message, delete and re-add them. Tell them to do the same.
