I'm not sure which one to choose.
What are the rewards for each?

I did a Friendly Duel because i thought the scenario mode was getting harder lol.

But Friendly Duel is on Zoomtown where you race 2 other people and if you win you get the Zoomtown Liscense Plate which lasts 30 days. Thats all I know

They both have the same reward: the Zoom Town licence plate.

In a race of our own, you have to finish the Speedway in 2:36.
In a friendly duel, you have to beat Diz and Chunk on the Speedway.

It doesn't really matter which one you choose 'cause the time is nearly the same...

I thought this was cool because it was a Lap Knockout, like in Need For Speed. I wonder if they're going to make Lap Knockouts a real race mode. O_o

Yeah, it is.
I hate it how Chunk is always too far ahead of me. -_-"

After like 6 tries on the one were you have to beat ZoomTown in 2:36 I couldn't get it.
So I tried the Diz and Chunk one and beat it first try.

Chunk just randomly boosts from not drifting, cheating AI.

I didn't notice that it was a knockout until I saw Diz at the finish line just sitting there. The race is easy though, on your own pace.

That was really hard...

I chose Friendly Duel at first, but struggled hard, I kept getting knocked out on the first lap. Afterwards though, I did Race of our own, and beat it on my first try. Didn't drift at all, just stuck to the inside lane and slowed down a tiny bit in the two tight corner spots.

Sorry, I don't understand what you guys mean by knockout. Can someone explain?

The track is 2 laps long, and there are three racers (including you), the last person to complete the first lap gets eliminated instantly, so you need to be in the top 2 to complete the first lap otherwise you will lose instantly without having a chance to do the second lap.

Hope that clarifies things.

Why yes, it does. That sounds significantly easier than beating that damn timer. Timer ones always get me.

I did the Friendly Race one. Wasn't hard at all. I'm glad I didn't do the time-trial. They annoy me D:

For the Race of Our Own you don't have to drift to beat the time. Don't drift at all and you'll have a few seconds to spare.

The Friendly Race isn't that hard either. Don't worry about the two other racers and just pretend it's time trial if they distract you. You'll get a few extra seconds to finish.

Neither can I, but I use it as a practice for my drifting...

Okay, I'll try that. :)
