Someone has to explain to me why they advertise Core 2 Duo on a game like Kart Rider... haha.
the person (most likely team) is sponsored by intel....
insane videos. I'd kill for an SR :| half a second drift is like 75% boost.... lol

Why do they always swing in the beginning?
And how can you boost after a short drift? (I can't do that... =S)

The more you drift, the better times you can get.
Obviously, you don't want to be drifting randomly and stuff. They make a way to play, and they get an n2o before the first real turn.

I mean, they don't really drift in the beginning. They go left and right really quick without drifting right after they start, but I don't get why.
You can see it in the 2nd video.

They call it bobbing your head left and right. It helps you accelerate slightly faster and increase your max speed to a bit more.
On a practice kart, the max speed goes up to a max 4 MPH higher on a flat straightway. (180 MPH is max normally but it can get up to 184 MPH bobbing your head)
Again, it's only slightly, so some people don't worry about it much, but it still helps.

Okay,
I do it too because the pros do it lol. ^^
But at least I have an answer now when people ask me why I do it. =D

lol. the bobbing your head trick works sometimes for me. I only notice a 1-2 mph change though so I rarely use it. To see people have those fast times in Zig Zag and especially single speed is mind blowing. I thought if you were in Team mode it would be faster because of the team nos but wow.
