But since the game is new, i think it's okay snce the majority of people are still yellow glove.

You need a certain glove to do lisences, and the higher the lisence lvl you're racing in, the faster your speed is. It's not the glove, it's the lisence.

Yes, plenty. Probably only takes like half a year to get there if you're dedicated.

I have a question about gloves. Is it possible to go down a rank? Like lets say you just ranked up but your next race subtracted 23 RP from your RP. Would your RP stay at the RP needed for your new glove rank or go down to the previous rank?

Best to do is earn enough for the license AND Marathon PRO before entering L3. Because once you enter L3 server, you're using L3 speed, and the differences between karts become greater. Though, it isn't all that bad using Practice Kart in L3.

I won quite a lot of matches in just a practice kart. It's not that necessary to get a good kart, really. Plus, if you get the licence, you can still stay in rookie.

Yea, but i am getting kind of bored of Rookie and Novice. I want more maps or my desire to play will die. I probably have only have half of what's needed to buy marathon PRO. Maybe i just take the test and go to L3 and see how bad i go up against the L3 people.

Getting the L3 license lessens the amount of RP you get in rookie though.

Green5 to Starred Rainbow1. There are many people who rather stay at L3 forever and just buy the temporary L2 license whenever they feel like playing L2.

But I love that map in L3 with the insane shortcut. Finishes in 1:05, fast RP and Lucci. :wink:

No one is required to care about the RP. If they do care, then that's their choice. The new levels were implemented so there would be a higher limit.

More like 3-4 years (judging by the lap), while Popkart has been out for 2 years.

KKR has been out almost 4 years now, I reached blue glove in a week and a half on popkart playing for like 2-3 hours a day, and I consider that fairly casual as I used to play around 6 hours of quake everyday, and quake is way more intense. If I kept going at this rate i would be rainbow starred 1 in a few months.

2-3 hours a day is still pretty active. Sure, the game isn't intense, but it's repetitive.

The game got to the point where the repetitive races were no longer enjoyable. So i play more casually now. Maybe once per week or a few games a week and that's it.

Yea, sometimes i go on NAKR like i did the other day (what a mistake i made). Someone crashed i guess on the third turn in mesa, the turn right before the ramp. I guess he was backing up or quitting the race to start blocking and i was lagging because it was my first game since i logged on. And i accidentally ram him and at the end of the race he says i suck. I join another game he's in and he says "Goliath450 sucks, kick him".
