Favorite Item Map?

I like speed mode more than item but there are some maps i like to do in speed that are pretteh nubbish. the map i like is rivera rift lots of cut drifts. =] Which item map do you liek if any at all?(in speed mode that is)

The Northeu map with the insane shortcut, because the race finishes fast.
